- Based on AA Newcomers meeting format from 40’s & ‘50’s which boasted a 75% success rate
- Learn and practice (or review) all 12 steps in one day
- Learn the history of twelve step recovery
- Bring pen and paper, water, a potluck item for lunch; optional: bring AA big book, a sponsor or sharing partner or group
